REGULATIONS

These Regulations constitute the General Terms and Conditions of services provided in the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon and the resale of cosmetics. By deciding on the service offered in the Salon, the Client accepts the following Regulations and confirms that he has read and understood its content and undertakes to comply with them, as well as to follow the suggestions of the staff of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon.

1. The Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00.

2. The prices included in the price list and on the website are not a commercial offer and are subject to change. The given prices are gross prices (including taxes required by law, including tax on goods and services).

2.1. The Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon is not responsible for the Customer's failure to read the price list.

2.2. The scope of work and the cosmetics used depends on the individual predispositions and needs of the client, therefore the client will be informed about the detailed price of the service before starting the service.

2.3. Payment for the service provided or the purchase of cosmetics can be made in cash or via a payment card. The Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon has the right to limit the available payment methods, including requiring payment only in cash, about which the customer is informed before the service is performed / the purchase is made.

3. The purchase of a service at the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon is tantamount to the Customer's declaration (after prior consultation with an employee of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon) that there are no health and medical contraindications for the performance of the services offered by the Salon, and that he has read the price list and these regulations and accept their terms. Any breach of the obligations set out in the preceding sentence shall result in the exclusion of liability of the Salon for any possible consequences, in particular for complications following the service.

4. Before commencing the provision of the service, the Customer is obliged to inform the Salon employee about the treatments performed earlier at home or in another salon. The client is obliged to follow the post-treatment recommendations, in accordance with the instructions provided during the treatment by the employee of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon. Only proper care and following the recommendations of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon employee can guarantee the best results and effects after the service. Any breach of the obligations set out in the preceding sentences results in the exclusion of the Salon's liability for any complications after the service or the lack of the desired effects of the service.

4.1. The customer is obliged to inform the employee of the Salon about any deterioration in their well-being during the service.

5. In justified cases, in particular in case of doubts as to the safety of the service, an employee of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon has the right to refuse to carry it out or change the booking date.

6. Hair in a very bad condition and hair extensions are a contraindication to the service.

7. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

8. The Salon does not bear any responsibility for items left in the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon.

10. The visit can be arranged by phone, in person or online. Reservations should be made at the appointed time. In the event of a significant delay for an agreed treatment / service, the Salon reserves the right to shorten the treatment / service or refuse to perform it / its performance.

11. When making an appointment at the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon, the client is obliged to provide his real name and surname as well as the current telephone number. Providing false or incomplete data may result in the cancellation of the visit by the Salon. The customer making an appointment and at the same time declares that he is aware of the above-mentioned consequences in the event of providing false or incomplete data and will not make any claims in this respect.

12. Providing personal data in the form of name and phone number by the Customer when registering the visit is necessary to make such a reservation (and conditions it) and is tantamount to consent to the processing of the above-mentioned data by Salon Stetsiuk Hair Expert, in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

12.1. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Privacy Policy located .......

13. Please be advised that the area of ​​the plant is subject to monitoring.

13.1 Monitoring was introduced to ensure the safety of employees, clients and property protection on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

13.2 The monitoring covers only the rooms that are intended for work, ie the Hairdressing Salon.

13.3 Recordings are stored for a maximum period of 1 month, after which they are destroyed.

14. The Salon may, after informing the Customer, refuse to perform the service incorrectly selected by the Customer during the online booking.

15. Visits unconfirmed by the Customer or the Salon in person, by phone, via SMS or any other agreed communication system by 4:00 pm on the day preceding the visit will be automatically canceled.

16. It is allowed to use the treatments by minors, over 13 years of age, with the express consent of their parent, guardian or legal representative. The employee of the Salon is entitled to request at any time the submission of an appropriate consent or establishing a connection with the person authorized to express it in order to confirm the consent or refuse to provide the treatment / service.

17. On the premises of the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon it is prohibited to: smoke, take intoxicants, bring and consume alcoholic beverages, trade, canvassing, loud and uncultivated behavior, use of devices without the consent of the Salon's staff, bringing in video and sound recording devices.

18. The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the use of the services at the Stetsiuk Hair Expert Salon immediately after noticing the defect, not later than 7 days from the date of the visit.

18.1. The customer submits the complaint in person at the salon where the service was performed or via e-mail to the following address: stetsiukhairexpert@gmail.com

The complaint should include: the Customer's name and surname, e-mail address to which the reply is to be sent and a description of the subject of the complaint enabling its consideration, as well as the date of noticing the defect. If the data or information provided in the complaint is incomplete and needs to be supplemented or corrected, the Store, before considering the complaint, has the right to ask the Customer to supplement it. The time for considering the complaint is then counted from the completion or correction of these data.

18.2. In the event of submitting a complaint via e-mail, Salon Stetsiuk Hair Expert reserves that in order to consider the complaint, it is necessary for the Customer to visit the Salon and allow employees to inspect the hair.

18.3. The Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon considers complaints as soon as possible, but no longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In the case of a complaint regarding purchased products, the complaint shall be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

18.4. Upon positive consideration of the complaint, its detailed terms and conditions are agreed individually between the Customer and the Salon.

19. Please consider your purchases in a stationary store, ie in the Stetsiuk Hair Expert salon. We do not accept returns or replace purchased products.

20. Salon Stetsiuk Hair Expert reserves the right to change the Regulations.

21. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.

22. The Regulations are valid from 01/06/2020 until canceled or amended.
